All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We accept a range of secure payment methods, including major credit cards and other electronic payment options specified during the checkout process. Orders will only be processed once full payment authorization has been received. Promotional and offer codes must be applied at the time of purchase; they cannot be retroactively applied.
 

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Robusto Please proudly ships to various locations within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are dependent on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We endeavor to meet estimated delivery times; however, delays due to carriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and Robusto Please is not liable for such occurrences. 

All shipments may require the signature of a 21+ adult or they may be not delivered and/or returned. If a product is unable to be delivered due to the signature requirement, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
 

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that many items, given the nature of our products, may be deemed ineligible for return. By purchasing on our website, it is understood that this decision is at the sole discretion of our staff.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products—including premium cigars and luxury accessories—many items are not eligible for return. Eligibility for a return is determined solely at the discretion of The Tobacconist of Greenwich. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Exclusive, Limited, and Rare Products

Products labeled as exclusive, limited, or rare—including select cigars and accessories—are non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

• If an item is delayed beyond the quoted availability window, you may request a refund to your original form of payment.
• If a refund is requested prior to the availability window expiring, it will be issued as    store credit only.

Refunds for In-Stock Items

Refunds for regularly stocked items are available prior to shipping label creation. Once a shipping label has been issued, the order is considered processed and must be received by the customer before a return can be initiated.

To return an item:

1. Contact us to request a Return Shipping Label.
2. Once the item is received by our warehouse, it will be inspected.
3. If the item is found to be in original, undamaged condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Items returned in damaged or altered condition may be subject to partial or denied refunds, at our sole discretion.

• All returns must be pre-approved  and initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
• All refund decisions are final and subject to inspection and approval by our team.
