Refund and Return Policy

At dba Robusto Please (“Robusto Please,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations.
Except for items marked as Final Sale, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a refund or exchange to the original payment method. An authorization code is required for all returns, please complete and email us the return form.
How to Return an Item
Please ensure all returns are packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Merchandise damaged in transit due to poor packaging will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense or may be disposed of without refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, please note the following:
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We take every precaution to package and fulfill your order accurately and safely.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact
Customer Service within 3 business days of delivery at info@robustoplease.com.
We may request photos of the damaged items or the packaging for verification.
If an error was made by our fulfillment team, we’ll replace or refund your item(s) at no additional cost.
Refunds or store credit may be issued if a verified error occurred during order preparation.
International Orders: unfortunately, we currently do not offer international sales & shipping.
Sale and Promotional Items
All sale and promotional items are final sale.
This includes Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and limited-time promotions unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Items marked with an Exchange Exception may be eligible for an exchange of the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
Refunds or store credits will not be issued if the exchange cannot be completed.
Special Edition or Custom Orders
Special edition, collaborative, or made-to-order items (including engraved accessories, humidors, or customized sets) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If a cancellation is requested before production or personalization begins, deposits may be refundable at our discretion.
Warranty & Product Care
Some specialty accessories and collectibles may include a manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty coverage applies only to functional defects and not to wear and tear, misuse, or aesthetic imperfections.
Please refer to any warranty documentation provided with your purchase for details.
Refund Processing
Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
